Martine
Foaled July 13, 2001
USLR Reg #XL631-07

This 6 year old gelding is a superior athlete that is sure to turn heads in the show ring. He is half Akhal-Teke and half Lipizzan and is registered with the USLR as a half Lipizzan. He has the talent to bring his rider up through the levels with correct training. He is 15.3 hands tall with very long and elegant legs, a lot of 'flash' and a bronze metallic sheen in his grey coat. His sire Alp is one of the first Akhal-Tekes imported to the US by Dr. Tito Ponticorvo several years back. His dam is Carole Gauger's lovely mare Marina, who won a top placing at the Dressage at Devon breed show. Martine has a very sweet temperament. He moves forward and confidently in long lines, and is currently working under saddle in walk, trot, and canter. This is a future dressage star in the making. Registered as part-bred with USLR.

Pluto Allegra Doser
Foaled May 14, 2004
USLR Reg #P551-07

Another fantastic foal out of a Piber imported mare. Scored 83.33 in the 2004 evaluations. He is now three years of age. Will make an excellent dressage mount with his long & elegant strides. His dam is a mare of great size and bone. His sire is a full brother to Carole Gauger’s well known stallion, Pluto II Dixana. Pluto II Allegra has the noble expression of the Lipizzan that catches the attention of those who appreciate these living pieces of art!

Pluto Bela III
Foaled February 12, 2005
USLR Reg #P534-06

A 3 year old colt out of Carole Gauger’s mare, Bela. ‘PB III’ has a nice round top line, straight legs, and closely resembles his well-known sire. He has a noble presence and has been observed coiling himself up while at pasture and performing some spectacular ‘airs’. This colt needs to follow a career that will promote the Lipizzan breed and preserve the classical ways of training. ‘PB III’ has a very nice neck with an elegant hinge and collection is the 'name of the game' for him. He has superb movement, a free shoulder, and a lot of hock action. Has been handled extensively-stands for farrier, clips, very quiet to work with.

Pluto Alga 3-I, 'Proximo'
Foaled May 3, 2005
USLR Reg #P550-07

This young gelding is a real gem. He will be ready to start light work under tack in mid to late 2008. Should mature tall around 15.3+ hands. His dam is a 16 hand imported mare, from Piber, and his sire the Devon Champion stallion, 'Dix'. 'Proximo' is going to have a very modern Lipizzan look to him and is an excellent horse for the rider seeking a competitive dressage mount. If he does not sell as a youngster, we hope that he will be staying at WHF for years to come and eventually put back on the market with a good amount of training and showing on him!

Allegretta

Another yearling filly out of an imported Piber mare. Allegretta should mature to be a large horse, at least 15.3 hands tall. She has a graceful long stride that gives the impression that she is floating over the ground. Passage is her second most preferred gait! She inherited a very sweet temperament from her dam. Leads, stand for farrier, and is overall a very willing horse.
SOLD

Pluto II Dixana (Pluto Bona II) X Allegra XXXVI Doser-46

Alia

Our youngest 2006 filly, and one of the most beautiful. Alia shows the same aptitude for passage as her dam and elder sister and a playful and rambunctious personality that endears her to anyone who watches her play. Alia has inherited her sire's neck, straight legs, and solid build. She is just plain put together very nicely. She appears to be developing as a taller Lipizzan, like her mother, and has a lot of hair.

Rigitta
Foaled March 6, 2005
USLR Reg #P549-07

Brilliance, grace, and awe inspiring beauty are the words that I think of when I watch this two and a half year old. There is no other way to describe her. She seems to be a carbon copy of her Devon Champion mother, Rheia-60. Her sire was also a Devon Champion! This filly has the breeding, build, and personality. Now she needs a home that can complete the making of a future champion. We regretfully offer her for sale, to only the best of homes. Leads, stands for farrier, ties, and just loves to be with 'her' people.
Priced to sell at $12,000

Pluto II Dixana (Pluto Bona II) X Rheia 60 (364 Conversano Roviga)

Brigitta
Foaled June 20, 2004
USLR Reg #C513-06

This filly is close to four years old and has remained bay, although she may grey out at some point in time. She has inherited her sire's floating gaits and her dam's athletic build.

Crosses

Ms. Daisy

Ms. Daisy is a rare but very nice cross. 1/2 Friesian and 1/4 each of Lipizzan and Saddlebred, Ms. Daisy will mature to look like a grey Friesian. Her dam was a Lipizzan cross with floating gaits to match any purebred. Ms. Daisy has inherited her sire's bold looks and her dam's movement.

Sam

Sport Horse out of KWPN mare, Sambuca ISF. This young grey gelding has his mother's personality: sweet and serene, yet vibrant in motion and a touch of comedian. Has had extensive ground work and worn all tack except a bit. Will be an excellent choice for competitive dressage, as most horses bred from ISF stock are. Should mature around 15.3-16 hands.
